Boscobel House is a modest, but beautiful timber framed house famous for sheltering Charles 11 after defeat at Worcester. The house has been fully refurbished and has a hunting lodge, dairy, farmyard, smithy and gardens.
Moseley Old Hall - this 17th century house has half timbered rooms, oak panelling, fine furniture and ingenious hiding places. The garden has been recreated in 17th century style with a formal knot garden, and has varieties of herbs and plants.
